πŸ‡°πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΉπŸ‡Ώ Border crossing at Isebania (Kenya) / Sirari (Tanzania) β€” show Tanzania visa, exit form, yellow fever certificate.

🚨 Flag Ceremony at 6pm: When the Kenyan flag is lowered at the border, you must stop walking immediately. Continuing is a criminal offence. Stand still, be respectful.

Volunteer projects + Serengeti Safari

Typical weekday: Early rise, project work in groups of ~10 with a Go MAD leader and a local specialist builder ("fundie"). Projects include water tanks, goat sheds, and housing.

Serengeti Safari: A 2-day, 1-night safari in the Serengeti National Park is included. Exact dates confirmed by Go MAD. See Safari page for details.

Weekends: Town visits to Musoma, Rehema cafΓ©, market (custom African fabric clothes made to measure!), possible hotel pool swim.

Evenings: Board games, cards, talent show, group activities at Eagle Lodge. No phones for communication β€” enjoy the company.

Worship: Smart dress/church clothing for Sunday service β€” see kit list.

🚌 Depart Eagle Lodge by bus back to Nairobi.

Paris layover β†’ Home

πŸ‡«πŸ‡· Arrive Paris CDG 06:10. Approximately 8-hour layover. Group stays together. Wi-Fi available during transit.

✈️ 14:30 β€” Depart Paris CDG (AF1816) β†’ Arrive Dublin 15:25.

Note: The return Paris–Dublin flight was changed by Air France. The layover is longer than originally planned but confirmed. Keep your group together and monitor departure boards.
